gaya4d account registration is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the Register, fill in your basic details (full name, phone number, email and password), then verify your phone number via OTP. Your account will be activated immediately upon successful verification. No documents are required during initial registration.

The minimum age requirement is 18 years. gaya4d enforces age verification during registration and the KYC process. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be suspended immediately until identity verification is complete. We take our responsibility to protect young people from access to gambling platforms seriously.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Login. You will be prompted to enter your registered phone number or email, then follow the verification steps via OTP or email link. Once your identity is verified, you can set a new password. Make sure your new password is strong and different from your previous one.

Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of gaya4d's Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended with funds frozen. The required documents are a copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport, along with a recent bank statement as proof of address. Gaya4D accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia including DuitNow QR, FPX (online bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct transfers via major banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. All methods are processed securely through an integrated payment gateway.

The minimum deposit at gaya4d is as low as RM10, making gaya4d one of the most budget-friendly platforms in Malaysia. However, the minimum amount may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Check the Deposit for the latest information on deposit limits for each payment method.

Almost all deposits are processed instantly — typically within 60 seconds. This includes deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets. In the rare case where a deposit takes longer, this may be due to delays on the bank or payment provider's end. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support with a screenshot of your payment receipt.

gaya4d does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The full amount you deposit will be credited to your account balance. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply a small transaction fee on their end. Please check with your payment provider for details.

If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please take the following steps: (1) Take a screenshot of the payment receipt from your banking app or e-wallet, (2) Note the transaction reference number, (3) Contact gaya4d customer support via 24/7 live chat and share that information. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Withdrawal

Withdrawals to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or bank transfer may take 1–3 hours depending on the receiving bank and the time the request is made. Withdrawals made at night or on weekends may be processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal at gaya4d is RM20. The maximum withdrawal limit depends on your VIP membership tier — regular members have a different daily withdrawal limit compared to VIP members. Platinum VIP members enjoy a higher daily withdrawal limit. To check the current withdrawal limit for your account, go to Profile > Withdrawal Limits within your account.

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: (1) KYC verification is not yet complete, (2) Bonus wagering requirements have not been met, (3) Bank account details are incomplete or do not match, (4) The account requires additional security review.
